I’m bad at recommending fics bc I don’t read very many. I wrote a short ficlet here which isn’t too shabby. @samwpmarleau has written quite a few fics on her blog, and @cosmonauthill wrote Malevolent and without form which is really good. I’m sorry I’m not much help here!

But yeah it’s crazy how languages works and develops and how often we perceive real history to be unrealistic. I’m hoping for a scenario in which Cersei asks for death. where she’s cornered (by Dany probably) and knows she’s lost, so instead of the worse options of being burned alive or being used again as a political pawn, she gets to make the choice. idk, as much as she’s a shitty person and her death is inevitable and deserved, she’s had a shitty life and upbringing too and i want her to have some control over the situation
