the crannogmen are twice as good because they’re one of the few northern houses that appear to raise girls the same way that they do boys, like teaching them to hunt and fish and fight. i love themmmm

god i love crannogmen because i love the idea that there’s this ethnic group within an ethnic group (northmen) that’s just sort of regarded as foreign and strange and mysterious by everyone except by the starks who have complete and utter faith in them and regard them like they do every other house. they’re like the reclusive neighbors in the corner house that no one understands except for the people who live in the big house on the cul de sac who have dinner parties with them every weekend. i love crannogmen.
